Return Policy

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please ensure that you CONTACT US within 48 hours of delivery and to ensure we thoroughly manage your query, our customer support team will also ask for a detailed description through email: [email protected], along with your receipt, photos and/or video to support your findings.

RETURN AND REFUND

We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:

– Faulty Item Received:

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. If the item delivered to you is faulty or withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

– Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. All of our products are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 5-7 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged, and shipped from our facility. The estimated shipping time is 1-2 weeks for the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases, it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

We’d really appreciate it if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you and let you know about its status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you

– Wrong size received

If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most cases that the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order without reading the size chart carefully. In cases like those, we only offer a discount code of 50% to the next purchase because we notify very carefully in the title and description.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.

Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.

– Timing for a return

All returns/exchanges of online orders must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

CAN NOT RETURN AND REFUND

Below are a few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:

You have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong type of product.
Your order was placed 24 hours ago.
The quality of the product is considered good.
You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
The orders can’t be canceled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) is in transit.
We also will not refund orders without the recipient/recipients not respond to the post office.
Please note that if you use a coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.

ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS TO PROCESS REFUND AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN

MAKING A RETURN TO ANY OF OUR US BEST STORES

Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition — unworn, unused, unwashed — with attached labels and original packaging. Once we receive the items back, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided.
