We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received:
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. If the item delivered to you is faulty or withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

– Timing for a return
All returns/exchanges of online orders must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
Below are a few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:
- You have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong type of product.
- Your order was placed 24 hours ago.
- The quality of the product is considered good.
- You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
- The orders can’t be canceled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) is in transit.
- We also will not refund orders without the recipient/recipients not respond to the post office.
- Please note that if you use a coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
It could take up to 3-5 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
